The Fort St John RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing 15-year-old David Todd Laboucan Harvey.
David was initially reported missing on May 26, 2023, by group home staff after last being seen on May 25.

David Harvey is described as:
- Caucasian male,
- 5’7 (170 cm) tall,
- 111 lbs (50 kgs),
- Brown hair,
- Grey eyes,
- Last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, black ball cap and riding a black BMX bike.
Through investigation Fort St John RCMP have determined that David has since been seen in Fort St John on May 28, 2023.
David is considered a high-risk youth who has ties to Fort St John and Dawson Creek, BC.
The Fort St John RCMP continue to investigate and request the public’s assistance in locating David in order to confirm his well being.
